Ultimatum workout by Lindsi Sanor

Check out this brand new workout program that I started this week!! It's called


The exercises are 30-45 minutes of cardio/strength training workouts on 8 workouts. 
I was given this program complimentary for blog review and social media postings-
all opinions are my own.

I decided to follow the calendar where I'm also doing workouts of my choice, so depending on the week I will be doing 3-4 Ultimatum workouts per week.
