My son came down to my exercise area and saw me working out and said "hey I have one of these things" (kettlebell) and ran to get his and joined me! :-)
I REALLY enjoyed this workout!! If you don't have a kettlebell, you can use a handweight which she also demonstrates in the dvd. The workouts are about 30 minutes long and kept my heart rate up the whole time. I can't wait to do it again and then move to level 2.
