I ordered my first KIWI CRATE subscription box for my 4 year old last month and we got our first box last week.

He was SO excited that he got mail !!

He got a cool pair of scissors for his welcome gift.

For our first kit, we got the WONDERS OF WATER.
This is the description from off their website:

Discover the wonders of water! Use water to explore color diffusion by creating colorful sea creatures. Then, build and steer your very own sailboat (with 3 different sails!) and watch it float on water! Explore more and learn about scientific properties of water, like surface tension and buoyancy.

Everything needed, from materials to illustrated directions, is included, along with bonus content specially created for this crate

Each activity comes with its own separate booklet of directions.
Very easy to follow with short words and pictures.

My son decided to do the sail boat activity and was SO excited that it floated in the sink!
He also loved that he got 3 sails that he was able to paint so we can change them out.

We let the paint dry over night before playing with it more in the morning. It was the first thing he asked about when he woke up that morning. :-)

We LOVE our box and this is something that I will definitely continue to get in the mail for my son. We will be doing the other activities from the box this week.

My youngest just turned 4 and we found it easy for him to do and follow the instructions. He did most of the activity himself. He does have experience with looking at directions and "building" things because every month we go to the local kids Home Depot and Lowes building workshops.

I love that he and I can have an activity that we can do at home together and that helps him learn and have fun. Plus he loves the idea of getting his own mail. We can't wait to see what we get next month!
