Tried PB2 for the first time today! (its a powdered peanut butter with less calories than traditional peanut butter)
I made a chocolate peanut butter protein shake for my breakfast. I've posted my recipe below. I will need to play around with it because it didn't make a full Ninja shaker cup and its a little thinner texture that I would have wanted. I don't like my shakes thick but I hate when they're really watery.
It was super easy to make and blend and the taste is really good!! I was pleasantly surprised and can't wait to try it again.
Any suggestions on how to make it thicker?
Any recipes that you like to make while using PB2??
Todays Recipe:
1 scoop VeganSmart Chocolate protein powder by Naturade
2 tablespoons PB2 Powder
1 cup water
1 banana
couple spinach leaves
couple icecubes

Yum! I like PB2 in shakes or mixed into my oatmeal. I also have found some peanut butter muffin recipes that use it!
