I love Chris Freytag and have many of her dvds-probably all of them-since she's done alot thru Prevention magazine. I like her teaching style and how she demonstrates the moves and doesn't make things complicated. You can make the workouts as easy or as complicated as you need to. She shows modifications which sometimes I do, but for the most part I'm able to keep up with her. I probably wouldn't recommend this for beginners, but modify and at least try it!
So this dvd comes with 2 dvd discs. I've only used the first one, but from what I've read, they are exactly the same. The first dvd disc (pictured below) allows you to choose each 10 minute toners in any order you want. The second dvd has the same workouts but arranged a certain way to do more than 10 minutes.

It is just Chris Freytag doing the workouts, nice clean studio and background. Clock countdown in the corner of the screen which I like because then I don't feel like I'm going to die in 10 minutes and can push myself harder.
So far I've done 4 workouts and loved them!!
They were GREAT 10 min workouts-check out my calorie burns!!!
