My food went okay this week. I had sugar and I had two days were I didn't log and snacked too much because of pms. :-( Overall I'm pleased though and ready to start round 2!!

Here are my workouts for the week:
I am SUPER pleased with losing any weight and excited to see better results with round 2 after I get home from vacation. I didn't follow the plan 100% but I'm motivated after seeing results to do even better. I also saw progress with my strength and using heavier weights during the program.
For round 2 I'm going to do double workouts and follow the eating plan for 1200-1499 calories because I feel like I was eating too much during this round. and NO SUGAR!!
