21 day Fix by Autumn Calabrese program- Week 2 Nutrition and Workouts

Just ended week 2 of the 21 Day Fix this past sunday.

This was a pretty good week. I did not measure and weigh myself this weekend because I started my monthly female cycle so I knew it would mess up my numbers. I also ate out fri night and sat night which was not good. :-( I hate pmsing and having cravings! :-(

I did not miss any workouts this week-I am loving this program!! Can't wait to do double workouts for week 3!

  1. I don't worry about how I look during "that time" either. I know I'm going to be bloated, hold some extra water weight and need to eat more. Gotta fuel that overtime work are bodies do!
