week 6 recap of Baladea program by Holly Perkins with journal entries and pictures!

I pretty much blew out my week 6 with being sick with a cold...  :-(  Thank goodness it was Baladea recovery week. 

Heres my week 6 schedule: 

Monday: FLOW
Tuesday: YOGA
Wednesday: CALM
Thursday: rest day
Friday: FLOW
Saturday: rest day
Sunday: rest day


Week 6 Journal Entries:

The only workout I did this week was on Thursday and I did the Flow workout which lasted 31 minutes. It was very nice and calming. I dimmed the lights and put on a sweatshirt and did the workout before bed. It was a gently stretching yoga type dvd.
