I am eating basically a protein and veggies. Have not brought fruit back in because of the sugar. Last week I was really discouraged because I have not seen more than another 1.5 lbs during these 10 days. I did not follow the meals of beans and hummus because of the gas issues and bloating. I did keep physical activities if Sansone Walk DVDs, swim in pool for stretching and LesMills barbell program 2x week. I did not keep up the diary however.
